Natural white HDPE, ½″ thick, cut to your size
These are not generic “white plastic” boards. We cut natural white high-density polyethylene (HDPE) cutting-board stock — the same FDA-approved, food-processing grade used on commercial prep lines.
Typical specs for the boards we cut:
- Material: natural white HDPE (high-density polyethylene), cutting-board grade
- Thickness: ½″ (0.500″) standard (other thicknesses available when needed)
- Finish: textured cutting-board surface (built for prep work and knife use)
- Food contact: FDA-approved for food processing applications
- Hygiene: non-porous — does not absorb moisture, odors, or bacteria
- Durability: will not chip, peel, crack, or splinter like wood
- Use: commercial and residential prep; suitable for cooler/freezer environments
Tell us the length and width (and any cutouts or corners), and we cut the board in the shop. These are commercial kitchen boards for prep lines that take a beating — not retail gift boards.
How to order
- Call 760-745-5252 (Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM PT) or send sizes through the estimate form.
- Include length × width, thickness (½″ natural white HDPE unless you need something else), quantity, and when you need them.
- We cut in the shop and arrange pickup or delivery with other Left Coast work when that helps.
